AREA SALES MANAGER - DENVER
Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be instrumental in expanding Beer Street’s presence in the Denver (and broader Colorado) market. The initial focus will be on our flagship beer brand, Small, with additional brands rolled out in 2025. This role involves working across various channels, through a mix of direct selling, account support, and distributor management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our distributors to expand distribution and ensure healthy brand growth across all channels: on-premise, independent off-premise, chain off-premise, and mass retailers.
Identify Key Accounts, plan and execute sales calls and regular visits
Work with distributors and retailers to implement a broad range of trade programs to drive velocity.
Build and maintain displays at the store level.
Organize and run tastings to engage customers and promote the brand.
Work within a budget, build and maintain projections, and drive profitable growth.
Act as the brands’ voice and eyes in the market, providing feedback and insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in beer/wine/spirits, preferably with at least 3 years in beer, either with brand(s) or distributor(s).
Strong relationships with accounts in the Denver area, both on-premise and off-premise.
Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise sales channels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and market development.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule, often outside of normal business hours
Willingness and ability to travel within the Denver area.
Compensation: This role includes a mix of base salary, commission, bonus, and equity.

Overview & Resposibilities:
Brand Strategy: Define and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring Goldies stands out in a crowded market.
Creative Direction: Collaborate to define the brand’s creative strategy - her personality, tone of voice, and how she’s brought to life through visual, photo, and video content - and ensure adherence to brand standards at all times.
Community Building: Create and nurture a loyal brand community through authentic content, storytelling, partnerships, and activations.
Marketing Leadership: Oversee all marketing efforts, from strategy to execution, including digital campaigns, partnerships, events/activations, influencer/PR, and grassroots initiatives.
Content Creation: Develop and oversee content that resonates with our audience, leveraging your creativity to produce and edit high-quality, on-brand materials.
IRL Activation: Be the face of Goldies, showing up for events, collaborations, and community moments with enthusiasm and energy.
Digital Mastery: Lead Goldies’ presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in social media, email marketing, and beyond.
What You Bring:
5+ years of marketing experience with female-focused brands, demonstrating a deep understanding of the audience and their needs.
Proven expertise in brand marketing and community building, with a track record of driving engagement and loyalty.
Hands-on experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and producing assets that connect with a modern, digitally-savvy audience.
A strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape, from social media trends to analytics and performance optimization.
Channel specific expertise in Meta & Tik Tok, Pinterist is a plus
Entrepreneurial energy, a willingness to get your hands dirty, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

FOUNDER IN RESIDENCE
Role Overview:
The Founder in Residence will partner with Beer Street Brands to develop and launch new beverage brands. This role is ideal for someone ready to make an entrepreneurial leap in the beverage industry: a passionate beer, wine, or spirits maker; a skilled and creative marketer; or entrepreneur ready for a new journey. Beer Street Brands will provide capital, strategic resources, access to distribution, sales support, and back-office FP&A support.
Responsibilities:
Co-develop and launch a new beverage brand with Beer Street Brands.
Guide the brand concept through a process of development, testing, and a pilot launch.
If a brand makes it to launch, serve full-time as either the brand's CEO or CMO, taking on all associated responsibilities.
Lead brand building efforts, from concept research to market launch.
Utilize creativity and data-driven insights to build community and demonstrate the brand’s potential.
Engage with the community and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience in producing beer, wine, and spirits or mid-career experience in marketing, brand building, or entrepreneurship.
Strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box.
Understanding of data-driven marketing and customer acquisition.
Willingness to be hands-on and involved in all aspects of brand building.
